Might be a question resulting from too high expectations, but here goes. I just made a booking yesterday using my new ROP Gold account (matched from SK), and I found it rather strange that while logged in, you still have to fill in all your personal details rather than it auto-populating from your account? - also, I had to add the booking manually in the TG app, rather than it picking it up automatically. Is this normal with TG IT?
