Lufthansa's website used to say that access is granted if you connect with Lufthansa group airlines, including Austrian, Brussel Airline, Air Dolomiti, Discover, Eurowings, etc, but the current website now only mention LH, OS, and LX. Has the access been changed recently?

Flights are on a single ticket, but the Air Dolomiti flight is on its own EN flight number and not LH-codeshare, if that makes a difference.
You will have access to FCL at FRA with your arrival F boarding pass.
