I've travelled on an Economy Classic fare last week. I could not select any seats prior to check in (without paying). I did OLCI the day before the flight and I was assigned a seat. I could not change it. I checked a few hours before the flight (the next day) and still no.
I wonder what other things QR can copy from Ryanair to further enhance the a 5 star, world class experience :-)
