My call this morning was answered in probably 30 seconds. And I'm only a lowly PlatPro.

Total call time: 15 minutes 36 seconds. That includes the annoying 2-3 minutes getting through the automated call to the agent, the agent having to put me on hold for 5-6 minutes while she did some stuff in the background with some trouble finding my reservation initially, and the survey.

Watched my missing 140K miles be deposited back real time before my eyes while we were still on the call.

I can't complain about any of that! Especially on a Sunday, which is typically the worst day to call about anything.
