people believe what marketing tell them to........... was being ironic!
In house due to the discrimination laws they have "equal opportunities"
However with regards to this issue obviously this individual "trolley dolly" didnt practice thier employers customer values (that makes BA liable in a court of law) It would be intresting to know what training BA have provided group employees post incident!
