Just a note of thanks for your thorough FRA transfer guide. After reading it and the many subsequent questions, I am hoping for the Z>B non-Schengen transfer bus to be running for a YYZ-FRA-MAN morning connection in November. I have 5 hours so not too worried but wife can't handle long walks so bus would be ideal. I have some familiarity with FRA airport but it has been awhile.
If your wife has medical issues with long walks, book WHCR service with the airline. They will pick you up with a wheelchair at the aircraft door and move you where/as needed. In your case a lounge in departing terminal I would suggest. You can then let them know that you can get to the gate on your own... or arrange time to pick up.
