It did taste as just a plain carrot. Nothing wrong with it but pretty bland by itself. What I mainly don’t understand is having something cold/frozen as an amuse bouche/opener. I believe sorbets of these type have only a place as a palate cleanser between different courses.
Yes, the Sorbet made no sense to me either & most of it is just Carrot
