For First Class and Business class can you encounter Taiwanese or Filipino Flight attendants too besides the Mainland China and Hong Konger Flight attendants.
In my case looks like I lucked out finding a Filipino crew in Business class. Still be the case now unless changed as it was in 2005 when I went JFK-MNL via HKG in J.
