They recently made (and announced) some changes that led me to believe all 10 credit FPs were now 6 credits, and the very few I checked now had 8 credit, 2 pax options.
It appears most of the intra-Canada FP's do not have the two passenger option. I'm not sure of AC's logic on this one as couples/families do a lot of travel within the country.
