Had a flight from Tromsa (Norway) to Arlanda (sweden) with one transfer with an brand new branded pelican suitcase (hard case) on my travel back this suitcase went through a screening in transfer and never arrived in Sweden.

I went to report the baggage right away as I had to leave to for another flight with a different airliner KLM back home.

My bagge was said to be found and shipped to Amsterdam and supposedly with a baggage handler or shipment company aviapartner I believe...never got contacted or called and constantly have to send messages and I get non helpful responses..."it's in Arlanda it's in Amsterdam..it says here it's in Amsterdam but we don't know anymore"

It has become extremely difficult to call the baggage service where I waited 2 hours last time and was not successful to get anyone on the line... I called my travel insurance ANWB and they say they will not pay anything since it's a home flight or compensate for anything (which is crazy).

What do I do from here...I'm kind of destroyed my brand new specialised suitcase I waited 1 month for to recieve and paid 400 euros for is now already gone... I travel a lot for work and don't have my suitcase now..I am now using a temporary suitcase which isn't as sturdy and the wheels already broke on those.
