1. Eliminate the EQM penalty for purchasing certain fare classes from travel agents.

2. Eliminate the "call before you buy" game when attempting mileage upgrades by either showing R availability or returning some kind of message when checking "Eligible Fares for OnePass Mileage Upgrades" and nothing's available (really more for my non-elite parents )

3. Confirmed F seating at the time of ticketing on CO flights to/from a CO partner's gateway on C/J reward tickets (I don't know if this is still the case but that ticked me off a couple years ago).

4. Reconsider the 7-3 cabin reconfigurations (particularly IAH-BDL ).

5. Channel 9!
