That's really impossible to answer as velocity is only one part of the equation. Common wisdom here is to wait at least 30 days between apps so you're good there. There have been numerous folks turned down recently because they've had zero recent spend on the cards they have. Some turned down for too many recent applications. If it was me I'd make sure to put spend on all current cards and then apply for the new one. No rush, right? Good luck.
