What I think this is, is an overturned vehicle on the T5 up ramp, which happens from time to time. The more usual problem is in the T2/3 area where a simple vehicle breakdown can cause havoc very easily. T5 usually isn't too bad, but some drivers do get into a bit of a paddy at the approach to T5, and the dozens of confusing signs don't really help if you are a first time visitor who may not understand English too well.

M25 J14 entry has been closed to prevent total congestion of T5.
They still confuse me even after going to T5 dozens of times. Must be my age!
