PS Thinking about it a bit more. If you ask for the 241 to be applied to the return, then the computer may ‘force’ it to be applied to the whole booking. In which case it will probably reject it, but knowing BA’s ropey IT there is a minuscule chance it might work.
Sorry but the computer wont force anything. Adding a return to a booking is a manual process and adding a return won’t change the fact its an existing booking. Please don’t make things up if you don’t know.
