CX is pretty aggressive with overseas hiring.

I was in a Bangkok flight a couple weeks ago and there were plenty of Thai speaking crews. I even noticed a few of them ending their trips in Bangkok with a few new ones joining from Bangkok. They are also hiring some South Asian F/As as there are plenty demand for Indian F/As on routes to and from India. However, they pretty work all the flights. I believe that CX makes a promise for fluent mandarin speaking crews on Mainland Chinese routes, but you can easily find a Korean speaking or Thai speaking crews on those flights too.

London has a base and those crews speak a wide range of Asian languages too.
