Looks like this is targeted at many of the popular Square/Clover/Toast/small Ingenico/Elavon options, but there is no separate debit pricing offer and definitely no PIN option. So, no surcharging allowed. Chase putting upfront pricing (which might be lower after talking with an account manager) is interesting. I guess it makes sense that Chase is not offering surcharging, but all the other acquirers are doing so.. I am more concerned about no lower debit pricing which we have also seen from Square. I think this is a problem.
