Do I Need to Purchase a Carry-On Bag as SkyTeam Elite Plus?
Now that SAS is a member of SkyTeam and I am a SkyTeam Elite Plus member, can I purchase a Go Light fare and bring a carry-on bag in addition to a personal item that fits under the seat at no extra charge?

I do not check baggage; so Go Smart fares might be more than I need.
