The additional cardholder puts it into their account as a payment method. That being said, my children are 18 and they have to see an agent to check in to the club. I think they end up showing their card, but I might not be remembering correctly.
Someone will correct me, but I think there are only 4 guest passes in total and they all go to the primary cardholder's account.
