This is me in 11D on the same type of plane. I’m 6ft1in and even with my legs fully stretched out they didn’t reach the bulkhead.

I didn’t find that area being used as a gangway or have people hanging round at all. The WTP seats recline a long way and I find in a row behind it is quite cramped if the person in front reclines. It’s also first row to be served with Food and Beverages.

Personally I’d go for the bulkhead every time but YMMV.
