Hopefully the affected guests sue the property and Marriott.

There are other forums and discussions to bash bloggers - here we should be concerned about a property that perhaps needs to lose its franchise branding, or at the very least, a significant housecleaning of front desk and management staff who may be happier with new jobs checking receipts at Walmart.
Now there is some dramatic click-bait for sure!! "sue the property and Marriott"...for what $200 and 90k points??? Another example I guess of the fight is so vicious because the stakes are so small?? I guess in the Litigious States of America there will surely be a claim for Punitive and Compensatory damages for Emotional Distress, PTSD, and anything else some low-end Ambulance chasing lawyer can come up with?

Is it a 'completely out of control property' or is it possible it was 1 overwhelmed or un-informed FDA who didn't handle the situation well? Do you have facts not in evidence that you would like to share with the rest of us?

And of course, the immediate solution is to do a 'significant housecleaning', firing people from their jobs (just the one guy or everyone who works there and wasn't on shift that night?), because clearly based on the one account of the situation the only thing they are qualified to do is 'checking receipts at Walmart'??!!

What's next? As the gentlemen trying to check-in is clearly Sikh, are we also going to pile on that the incident must have been racially motivated?

Lousy situation for those involved, but let's keep the rush to judgement down and try to look at both sides of the situation to maintain a civil, reasonable discussion on FT.
