Didn't (knowingly) see the CP on my travels. Or the Indigo.

The HIX next to the Beatles museum / Royal Albert Dock / stadium / Ferris Wheel is quite nicely placed if you want to be by the river.

The HI is sort of visible from Lime St. Station.

It's a nice enough, especially at the price I paid.
Few different tv channels including some Sky movies / sports ones.

Breakfast I wouldnt say was anything special. Prefer a buffet rather than ordering from a menu, but that's me.
The one at the HI at Manchester Airport a few days ago beat this hands down in my opinion.

Car parking wise, I booked the Hanover St. Q-park for just over £19 for 24hrs.
Easy to find, and get in and out of (harder getting out of Liverpool with a few red lights and some 4-way roadworks on the way to the M62)
Reasonable sized Tesco beneath it and a Premier Inn next door. 5 mins walk to the hotel.
Plenty of bars etc. in the area.

Few homeless tents set up next to Tesco.
