I think they said during annual results that the first airframe to refit won't be in service until 2025 (which seems like a delay from the previous plan of Q4 2024?)

They really need to figure out something with the 777 fleet though (I can't imagine these going away as planned in 2030 given the ever increasing 787 delays)
