Still confused as to why much of the world genuflects to ratings. One, taste buds are individual. Two, much of the world does better street food than the U.S. food from a place with four walls and a kitchen.
You are entirely misreading (in an obnoxious way IMHO) themicah’s post if you are reading it to say that the only good Mexican food in Mexico has a Michelin star. I get that you were excited to go on a rant about people’s reliance on ratings, but you did not have to criticize themicah’s post (inaccurately) to have your little rant.
