And they used to send an email - has that stopped as part of these system improvements? The old way of having Meals show up in its own section wasn’t super discoverable. I think burying a link in the Flight Status collapsible bullet is even less discoverable.
Meal link in Flight Info became active T-3, however click on it said nothing was available. Scrolled down further in reservation and the Meal option was visible and it showed the options.
No email was sent saying that meal selection was available.
