Hooray! No Curry today! Instead we had the Pork. Why they think it will be crispy when it has been under foil with all the moisture is beyond. That apart it is very tasty and so very European. I would have served it at home with Choucroutte. However the whole,dish was very tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The crew consisted of an IFL - (I never mention crew names but I remember him from way back) and a sweet young pretty and utterly competent young lady whose second flight it was. She was born to do that job and I fully intend two Gold Tickets to go to her. Mine and Him Indoors are unanimous. The service was all hand run as we only had three rows of Club. The Champagne was Nicolas Feuillatte and was icy cold, God bless them. They never stopped being in the cabin or serving. The food was delicious and they found me some more cheese.
I do wish that BA would offer either an Italian Merlot or a Bordeaux (or Claret as my best friend’s Dad used to call it ) but what is on offer is not bad but maybe they could use big bottles on Bands 3b and higher? The bigger the bottle the better the wine!
