How tall is your husband? I’m 6” and find non-bulkhead seats in WT+ more than adequate for leg and knee room.

If 10 A/B or J/K come up, I’d say go for it. The two seats in row 11 you mention are right by the toilet, so you might get bothered by people coming and going through the curtain.Though you will get served first at meal times.

I personally would be hesitant to move there unless your husband is significantly taller.
