So I’m assuming this is new since they moved from Star Alliance. It could be that other SkyTeam alliance members did. I didn’t ask.
SAS moving to Star Alliance has nothing to do with this since you were flying with Air France. SAS is not directly involved here as the access to contract lounges is based on operating carrier's rules. I actually asked about this in AFKL forum and it is not normal for AFKL to refuse access to contract lounges for STE+, so there seems to be something else going on. Either it's some location-specific restriction, or in the worst case scenario, AFKL decided to reciprocate against SAS (which is refusing STE+ in their contract lounges) and remove access specifically for Eurobonus.
