I would think they exact opposite.
SAS is no longer Star Alliance, and *G benefits are not relevant. Airlines, like LH, can contract with SAS (or any lounge provider) for access, but they are going to do so for their own flyers, not on behalf of the entire alliance. LH has to pay SAS for this access, why would they pay for frequent travelers of other airlines, even if those airlines are *A?
Even LH-owned Eurowings, which is not part of *A, doesn't grant lounge access to *G status, only to BIZclass and LHG M&M Frequent Flyers
