Not sure about these specific airlines, but I would say no as a general principle. Each airline ‘pays’ another in some way when one of the other airlines FF members flies with them. So if you put in your Saudia number and they give you credit in their own programme, why would they ‘pay’ Virgin as well?

So IMHO you need to decide which programme will benefit you most in the long term and credit to that.
