I don’t know if you have already accepted the re-route, but there are still seats on either the QR EDI - DOH and your original DOH - BKK service, leaving EDI at 2.45pm today or you can route from GLA to Dublin with EI at 12pm to connect with QR’s DUB - DOH service and then DOH - BKK on your original service.

There is fog at LHR at present so I would assume your GLA-LHR fflight is cancelled due to ATC restrictions and thus no compensation is due.
