Brought another CEDR case with BA to an end. Claim was to receive the refund per EU261 where a reservation was cancelled (somewhat) voluntarily before departure due to the expected misconnect after a delayed DUS-LHR and no same-day availability LHR-JFK. It took about a year and a half in total but eventually there was no pushback whatsoever and the combination of CC + voucher payment as refunded in full to the CC.
(To clarify: I was at DUS, waiting for DUS-LHR which, if I had boarded, had me misconnect)
