What's the protocol for the early check-in benefit? (Given as a choice for Golds - early check-in OR late check-out.) Will be needing this for an upcoming stay in Prague -- early check-in needed, but not late check-out as I need to be back at the airport by 10am on check-out day. Is this benefit provided proactively, i.e. I can just show up and ask for it? Or do I have to write the hotel to request it? FYI, I just wrote them and asked but no reply yet. Maybe because it's two weeks away?
