And that has been the case since the merger. CO had an app that blew away its competitors. It was probably the only thing I ‘liked” about the merger! I can’t believe after all this time that other airlines haven’t added features that the UA app has.
pda.continental.com, if existed, would STILL be easier for looking up information than some airlines' apps today. Almost 20 years later...hard to believe! I loved that X & O seatmap.
AS gives some helpful info on their flight status page like seat map, upgrade list, available seats, etc. Though overall it feels buggier than UA.
