Has anyone noticed a marked decline in the quality of J across the Tasman recently? Flying in J in the 737-800 used to be quite nice - good service, decent food, etc. Have noticed in the last couple of years it has really declined. A few weeks ago I discovered they don’t even do printed menu cards anymore, plus meals come on one tray - I seem to remember separate plated entrees and mains. No longer. Plus the service doesn’t seem like what it used to be.
