Booked a rental for MDW while traveling in the Middle East. Alamo site shows rental included CDW and extended protection and no way to remove them. Price quoted is in USD converted from Qatar currency. Not sure if this will be an issue when picking up rental as if I used my VPN to US it shows rental without CDW and EP.

Anyone seen this before? Should I be concerned?
