Has anyone check their UATP accounting? My is totally wrong. When I reach out to UA, they arrogantly replied that all Pass Plus issues are resolved. I put my spent into a spreadsheet and entered the JetStream.com data. They are short changing me $800 if not more as their accounting seems to be delayed. If I get another arrogant response stating all problems are solved, I am tempting to email the ceo of UA. Does anyone have email address of the CEO. Is he still Scott Kirby?
