Air Canada is creating a lot of confusion with their table below. A lot of places (like airports) telling everyone the deadline for baggage drop-off is now 60 minutes before the flight, when the small footnote confirms that hasn't changed, it's still 45 minutes for most domestic.

Edit: Air Canada rep via DM says baggage cutoff is now 60 minutes (which makes this a much bigger inconvenience and I’m unclear why they needed to make that change). And also they can’t tell me what the 45 minutes applies to (because all the airports listed there are 20 or 15 minute cutoff)
