Just out of curiosity what is the draw to 15J Unless I'm missing something here I can't think of any reason at all that I would ever switch from 13D to 15J in PE.

Less legroom, no footrest, a seat reclining in front of you, and you'll have to get up anytime the pax in the window seat needs to get up.
