Having read the report, I’m glad we chose to fly economy on our last flight. No queue to get on the plane (we were amongst the last to board) and we enjoyed a bottle of water and cake that we carried on. No queues near us on the plane as we sat in row 13. Luggage arrived relatively quickly. Made me question why we’ve always flown Club before
