I think the issue is other carriers seem to do a far better job using the same set of conditions and technology.

There was a big thing maybe a year or so about investment in CW catering, and for a while it was better. I’ve done a few F returns recently and the food was good. However my most recent was in CW and I felt the quality and presentation had deteriorated.
