It is literally under 60 seconds walk from the back door to the fine dining restaurant or outdoor pool and possibly 20 seconds walk from the front door to the jetty. Whilst someone with mobility issues may value a buggy (but boy is Venice not the best place to visit in that case) it would be bizarre to proactively offer it.
