All the required fields in both QR and BA accounts need to be exactly the same, incl email address. Are you sure every tiny detail matched?

Mine was linked in June this year without any hitch, despite my apprehension after reading some posts from the early days when the process became effective almost 3 years ago. Most issues stemmed from mismatched names or email addresses.

Once they were linked QR can see the bal in BA account.

When I attempted to book an QR award with 0 balance in QR account, QR system suggested to me whether I would like to use my BAEC balance. Once I consented to that, QR system initiated a few verification screens that incl BA account log in credential, then it took exactly how much it needed to book the award. I was quite impressed.
