FWIW since covid I have seen no discernible service differences as a plat in J. If a menu item is out, I’m SOL, no extra greeting or recognition for the most part, and no extra care or anything. I don’t really care since in general pretty great, but it can be a bit annoying if I’m sitting in the back of the cabin and it takes forever to place an order/get served once in the air.
