DL gets it right most of the time, but I had one instance where the caterer loaded the wrong meals and the FA had a real mess on her hands.

My experience with UA is that it is very station dependent if they get the pre-orders right.

For example, MCO I am roughly 60/40 (getting my pre-order)and it almost always comes down to if Flying Food Group gets to the plane on-time or not.

If they are on-time I almost always get my pre-order, if they are late, for whatever reason they switch to a generic allotment of entrees and then I don't.

I also once had Flying Food Group load entirely different entrees than the pre-order choices which was interesting to say the least.
