I'm trying to figure out my domestic lounge benefits for SkyTeam, Star Alliance, and Oneworld, and I'm having trouble finding the right policies and finding the phone numbers to call. Does anyone know if I would have lounge access at the following airports (I'm flying economy for all of these but might get upgraded to first class because of status):

IAH: United flight from IAH > LAX. I have United Premier Gold/Star Alliance Gold.

LAX: Delta flight from LAX > DFW. I have Flying Blue Gold/SkyTeam Elite Plus.
LAX: United flight from LAX > SFO. I have United Premier Gold/Star Alliance Gold.
LAX: Alaska flight from LAX > SFO. I have Alaska MVP Gold/Oneworld Sapphire.
