I'm sure you're not clueless

I was a 1K for probably the last 12 consecutive years. This is my first year as GS. The difference to me is significant. I like the dedicated GS lobbies, more importantly the fact that I can upgrade award space and that we have access to PN inventory. Phone support is better and IRROPS is where GS can shine. I know many long term GS folks think that the service has dropped, but I honestly cant fault it and while I wont go out of my way and spend $14K on a Polaris ticket, I will look to optimise my spend as much as I can between now and the end of the year. I'll be bummed if I dont requalify.
