Porter Airlines check in with kiosk at YYZ
On a recent flight from YYZ to a US destination, I initially checked in online with Porter Airlines and paid my fee for my checked bag.
However I still needed to print my bag tag. I attempted to do so at the kiosk at the airport, but a message at the kiosk said I needed to see an agent. I tried twice.
The line to see an agent was quite long. Any ideas why I might have needed to see an agent? There was no obvious reason after I did finally see the agent as to why I was redirected there. I was travelling with a US passport.
