The website sometimes won't work for these situations; an agent on the phone should be able to do this manually for you. I had some extreme incompetence from two successive agents on the phone so I used the customer service webform and whoever picked it up on that side got it done (and cleared) within a day
Yeah, I almost feel like a 1.5 hour flight is not worth the aggro.
