I'm trying to change my first name on my profile. I need the first name to match my AA account so I can link them for upgraded status. When I try to change my first name online, I get a message that the request will be updated in 3 business days. It never gets updated. I've contacted technical support and was told she couldn't change my name, only I could. Any thoughts on how I can push the name change through? I really don't want to create a new account.
