Hi everyone,

Is it still possible to book award flights on Air Canada from united.com?

A search of flights between IAH and YUL shows only connecting options on UA-operated flights. No availability whatsoever is shown on the non-stop AC flight, and I tried quite a large number of dates. These include dates with "low demand," as evidenced by rock-bottom award prices I could get if I used Air Canada's own "Aeroplan" miles.

It seems to me that either (1) AC no longer releases too much inventory to be booked with UA MP miles, or (2) it is no longer possible to book AC flights online at united.com, and I would have to call an agent to search availability and make the booking.

I would be grateful to anyone who knows the answer and would be willing to share it here.

And I apologize in advance if this question has already been asked and answered. I did some research in the UA forum and could not find the answer.
